line of County Road 13.3.
3. Adjacent to County Road 13.3, setback from proposed permit boundary
to the top of mining slope shall be a minimum 20 feet.

loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, haul trucks, and water trucks will be
used on site.
5. After non — marketable waste rock / overburden materials are removed
from the surface, mining will proceed to a depth of approximately 30
