Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta E Pineda <br />Director <br />On August 8, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted <br />to the Division on July 29, 2013, addressing the following: <br />Changed to the mining plan to included a Phase 1A (27 acres) and a Phase 18 (43 acres). <br />The terms of the Technical Revision TR -01 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M -2012- <br />036.
