This submittal represents continuation of routine monthly reporting of surface water
monitoring results and daily mine pool levels. Note that the mine water level probe was
removed from shaft #2 at the beginning of the month for the purpose of installing mine
dewatering equipment and mine pool treatment equipment. The probe was reinstalled in shaft
#1 on May 7, 2013. Included in this report are the data from the new monitor wells.
This report was delayed in submittal because the results from the vendor laboratory were
questioned by our QA /QC Coordinator, resulting in final results being issued on July 23, 2013.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 719 - 275 -7413 (ext. 202).
Sincerely,
John S.
