Pineda <br />Director <br />Las Animas, CO 81054 <br />Re: Thomeczek Pit, DRMS file No. M- 1995 -007 <br />Corrective Action deadline extension <br />Mr. Thomeczek: <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) cited a problem in the 2/7/2013 inspection <br />report for failure to implement weed control methods for a state listed noxious weed species within the <br />permitted area. The Division has extended the corrective action deadline for implementing weed <br />control methods to 12/31/2013.
