6 (FORM 2 - Public filing) <br />8. Describe the estimated topsoil depth and how topsoil will be salvaged, stockpiled and redistributed for the re- establishment of <br />vegetation. Specify approximate topsoil redistribution depth: <br />Topsoil varies from 0.5 feet to 2 feet depending on location on site. Hilltops have less, and <br />valley bottoms have more. Any top soil encountered will be removed and segregated into a <br />soll stockpile at the edge of the disturbed area. Bedrock materials located below, will then be <br />be replaced and any previously stockpiled soils will be used as cover. The area will then be <br />revegetated as soon as practical (less than 5 years), with the preferred time of seeding being <br />in fall or spring to take advantage of seasonal moisture. to establish vegetation. <br />9.
