Two exceedances occurred for total
suspended solids in June, for 30 day average and daily max. An anomalously high value occurred on June 11th at 298 mg /L.
This may relate to erosion from a recent precipitation event. The single high reading also skewed the 30 day average. The
two previous TSS values in June were 5 mg /L and < 5 mg /L. The value for the week following the anomaly was 61 mg /L. The
first two readings in July were 9 mg /L and < 5 mg /L.
One exceedance also occurred in June for settable solids for the daily max. (it was 0.6 mg /L versus the permit limit of 0.5
mg /L). This occurred at the same time as the TSS anaomaly. Previous and subsequent values have all been below the
detection limt.
Please contact me directly at (970) 870 -2750 for any further questions or additional information.
Brian A.
