The <br />bond was submitted to cover reclamation <br />costs of exploration dnll holes in Routt <br />County. An inspection showed that all dis- <br />turbances proposed for release have been <br />adequately reclaimed. Based on the <br />Division's estimate, $4,946 00 is required to <br />cover the reclamation of the remaining ex- <br />ploration activities yet to be released. <br />The legal description for the project is as fol- <br />lows: Sec 5,7,8 T5N R87W; Sec.28,29,31 <br />T6N R87W. <br />Any person with an interest whch may be <br />adversely affected by this proposed decision <br />may submit written, or a written request for <br />an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board, to the Divi- <br />sion at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, <br />Denver, Colorado 80203.
