Page 2 of 2 <br />Since the final reclamation of the Hawk's Nest Mine, the Division has continued to inspect the <br />site as required. In June 2012 and June 2013 the Division performed its two years of required <br />vegetation monitoring in preparation for its termination of jurisdiction of the Hawk's Nest Mine. <br />Additional information regarding the history and reclamation at the Hawk's Nest Mine can be <br />found at the Division's office in Denver. <br />This notification requires no specific action on your part. If you have questions, you may contact <br />me at the e -mail address or phone number listed below. The Division will also be conducting a <br />final inspection during the late summer or early fall of 2013, at a time yet to be determined.
