The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Min-
ing and Safety has issued a proposed aeci-
sbn to Approve Dore Release Application
No. 5 (SL -5) for the Mery Mine, Permit No.
G1980 -006. The Surface operation Is
operated by Kerr Coal Company under his
provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal
Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The bond
release application was submitted by Kerr
Coal Company on November 5, 2012. SL-
05 Is a request for Find Phase III Bond
