Exhibit 8 has been updated by removing Drill holes SF85 -03, SF85 -08 & SF85 -14 from Exhibit <br />8 due to the holes having been released in SR -1 as is pointed out by the Division in the MT -06 <br />Review. <br />Field Reconnaissance: EFCI's commitment in the approved permit is to conduct a field <br />reconnaissance of boreholes prior to final bond release (page 2.05.4 -30). Given the economics <br />required for organizing, scheduling, managing, mobilizing and demobilizing equipment to complete <br />the final reclamation tasks prior to final bond release, EFCI intends to perform required tasks in <br />one completion operation near the close of the designated Reclamation Liability Period. <br />Searches for referenced abandonment reports in old file archives has been executed and is in <br />progress. <br />12.
