This email serves as <br />your Corps authorization for this portion of the project. <br />Please notice that the reporting requirement of NWP 27 requires that this documentation be submitted 30 days prior to <br />commencement of work, which did not occur in this instance. In order to ensure future projects which occur in waters <br />of the U.S. are performed in compliance with Section 404 of the CWA you are strongly encouraged to coordinate with <br />our office, and are required to secure any applicable authorization /permit verifications prior to beginning work. <br />I look forward to working with you on future projects.
