Effluent Limitations <br />PART I <br />Page No. 3 <br />Permit No.: C00048275 <br />Beginning no later than the effective date of this permit and lasting through the expiration date of the permit, the permittee is <br />authorized to discharge from Outfalls 002, (400 26-42'N, 1070 7.95' W) 003 (40,126.631 N, 1070 8.32' W), and 004 (400 <br />24.0' N, 107 ° 6.78' W). WET testing requirements are included under Outfail WTA, for OutfMh 002 and 003 combined. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for Effluent Limitations, Section 62.4, and the <br />Colorado Discharge Permit System Regulations, Section 61.8(2), 5 C.C.R. 1002 -61, the permitted discharge shall not contain <br />effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified flow <br />limitation. <br />a.
