The
only issues that I see that remain to be completed are the return receipts on the three notices to
nearby landowners, and resolution with CDPHE on the storm water issue. Once we have these
issues finalized, we will pass that paperwork on to you.
Attached are two copies each of Exhibits E-1 A, E -2 and E -5, as are two page 3's of the permit
application form, Exhibit A and F, various right of access documents addressing Comment 15,
and the documents requested for Comments 16 and 17. There is some discrepancy between our
records and with the conclusions drawn by DRMS in regards to Comment 18. Those certified
receipts that remain out will be passed on to you as soon as they are received back.
We did not recognize the snow fence discussed in Comment 19 as a legal fence, but have added
it to the map per your orders. Since the overhead electric line was already on the map, we made
no changes in the depiction of that feature.
Call me with any new questions.
Sincerely,
BRAUN ENVIRONMENTAL, INC.
ENVIRONMENTAL,
9
C.
