Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit M1999- <br />120, Revision AR03 <br />Dear Mr. Fields: <br />On July 26, 2013, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your <br />request for release of the Hill - Oakley and Ft Lupton East portions of the permit area from further <br />reclamation responsibility. <br />The permit area was reduced to 931.34 acres, through the release of 77.37 acres in this permit <br />action.
