There was no major erosional instability observed. The Division's field <br />observations corroborate PSCM's hydrologic monitoring results of total suspended solids <br />(TSS) mean and maximum concentrations were lower than T S S mean and maximum <br />concentrations for a comparable adjacent undisturbed area during the previous five year <br />period and baseline stream monitoring sites. <br />The Division finds that revegetation efforts on the bond release areas are adequate to control <br />erosion and that the reclaimed areas are not contributing suspended solids to streamflow or <br />runoff outside the permit area in excess of levels determined on adjacent undisturbed areas. <br />Summary and Conclusions <br />Based upon a review of the mine permit, the applicant's bond release application, and site <br />Peabody Sage Creek Mine Page 13 July 22, 2013 <br />Phase 11 Bond Release <br />
