All of the information described above has <br />already been approved and incorporated into the PAP prior to PR -7. I have no specific adequacy <br />review comments for PR -7. <br />With regard to groundwater points of compliance, a detailed analysis was conducted by the <br />Division for the Trapper Mine in 2005. It was determined that two wells would serve as points <br />of compliance. The Division and Trapper Mining Inc. agreed that well GP -9 is the point of <br />compliance for the Basic Standards for Ground Water for the Third White sandstone and the Coy <br />well is the point of compliance for the Flume Gulch alluvium. This is stated in the PAP under <br />Section 4.8.5.2 Ground -Water Monitoring, page 4 -242. Since there is no new disturbance <br />proposed with PR -7 and therefore a new groundwater points of compliance analysis is <br />unwarranted. <br />Please let me know if you have questions. <br />C: Denver File <br />
