<br />I, K. Crimmins, do solemnly swear that I am Legal
<br />Notice Representative of theCraig Daily Press, that the
<br />same is a daily newspaper printed, in whole or in part,
<br />and published in the County of Moffat, State of
<br />Colorado, and has a general circulation therein; that
<br />said newspaper has been published continuously and
<br />uninterruptedly in said County of Moffat for a
<br />period of more than fifty -two weeks prior to the first
<br />publication of the annexed legal notice or
<br />advertisement; that said newspaper has been admitted

<br />PUBLIC NOTICE
<br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Min-
<br />ing and Safety is proposing to approve the
<br />partial release of coal exploration reclama-
<br />tion liability of Colowyo Coal Company for
<br />Notices of Intent Nos. X -2006- 109 -13,
<br />X- 2005- 109 -12, X- 2005- 109 -11,
<br />X- 2004 - 109 -10, and X- 2004 - 109 -09 Bonds
<br />were submitted to cover reclamation costs of
<br />exploration drill hales in Moffat County. An
<br />inspection showed that all of the disturb-
<br />ances proposed for release have been ade-
<br />quately reclaimed or mined through and cov-
<br />ered by the reclamation of Colowyo Mine's
<br />perain X, 1980 -019
<br />The legal description for the projects and the
<br />amount, based on the Division's estimates,
<br />which is required to cover the reclamation of
<br />the remaining activities yet to be released are
<br />as follows
