Affected Area "H ", July 3, 2013 A tract of land located in the South Half of Section 25, Township 42 North, Range 1 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian (suspended), Mineral County, Colorado, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at corner #1, being a point on the east line of the existing Permit Area "A ", from which the Southwest Corner of said Section 25 bears S 50 °52'59" W a distance of 2550.38 feet; Thence along the south line of Affected Area "G" for the following four (4) courses; 1.) Thence S 74 °37'21" E a distance of 790.99 feet to corner #2; 2.) Thence S 78 °55'22" E a distance of 496.00 feet to corner #3; 3.) Thence N 59 °47'29" E a distance of 399.20 feet to corner #4; 4.) Thence S 89 °36'31" E a distance of 287.24 feet to corner #5; Thence South a distance of 215.40 feet to corner #6; thence S 89 °30'44" W a distance of 217.01 feet to corner #7; thence S 56 °40'07" W a distance of 411.36 feet to corner #8; thence N 80 °09'58" W a distance of 718.41 feet to corner #9; thence S 79 °09'32" W a distance of 346.11 feet to corner # 10, also being a point on the easterly line of Affected Area "I "; thence N 24 °58'32" E along said easterly line a distance of 134.35 feet to corner #11 also being corner #2 of said Affected Area "I "; thence N 65 °02'02" W along the northerly line of said Affected Area "I" a distance of 363.89 feet to corner #12, also being a point on the east line of said Permit Area "A "; thence North along said east line of said Permit Area "A" a distance of 216.46 feet to corner #1 and the Point of Beginning, containing 11.20 acres, more or less. All bearings are based on the assumption that the west line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, Township 41 North, Range 1 West, New Mexico Principal Meridian bears S 00'06'12" W, the ends of which are monumented by 2.5" GLO Brass Caps.
