PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the partial <br />release of coal exploration bond submitted by Peabody Sage Creek Mining, LLC for Notice of <br />Intent No. X- 2011 - 231 -02. The bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill <br />holes in Routt County. An inspection showed that all disturbances proposed for release have been <br />adequately reclaimed. Based on the Division's estimate, $4,946.00 is required to cover the <br />reclamation of the remaining exploration activities yet to be released. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec.5,7,8 T5N R87W; Sec.28,29,31 T6N R87W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
