Piheda <br />Director <br />An application for MR -07 was submitted on July 3, 2013 and determined to be complete, for <br />purposes of filing, on July 9, 2013. The purpose of this minor revision is to incorporate three de- <br />watering wells and one "pit" well into the DRMS permit. Construction of each of these wells <br />has been permitted by the Division of Water Resources, and those permits were submitted with <br />the application package. <br />In order for the Division to prepare a Reclamation Cost Estimate (RCE) for the three dewatering <br />wells, details regarding the wells' proposed construction were provided by the applicant, in <br />Email form, to the Division. Those details were sufficient for us to calculate the RCE, a copy of <br />which is attached, for your reference. <br />Details of the well construction should also be incorporated into the permit — into the operation <br />plan, the reclamation plan, or both. Please revise the permit to include the construction details <br />for the three dewatering wells at your earliest convenience.
