Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has reviewed Energy Fuels Coal Inc.'s (EFCI) 2012 Annual Reclamation Report for the <br />Southfield Mine. The Southfield Mine is a reclaimed underground mine that has received Phase I bond <br />release on 81.8 acres. The Southfield Mine permit also includes a reclaimed train Loadout located several <br />miles from the mine site. Please find the Division's comments below.
