PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the partial <br />release of the coal exploration bond submitted by Twentymile Coal Company for Notice of Intent <br />No. X- 1983 - 169 -08. This bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes <br />in Routt County. An inspection showed that all disturbances associated with the exploration project <br />proposed for release have been adequately reclaimed. The Division will retain $12,008.00 for <br />exploration activities yet to be released. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec. 2,3,10,11,13 -16,22 T5N R86W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
