Pineda <br />Director <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division) issued a proposed decision <br />for the above referenced Bond Release on May 23, 2013. A public notice for the proposed decision <br />was published in The Daily Sentinel on May 30, 2013 and June 6, 2013. The public notice initiated <br />a thirty -day public comment period from the final publication that parties having objections or <br />concerns could submit their concerns to the Division regarding the proposed bond release. No <br />comments were received by the Division during the public comment period. Day 30 fell on <br />Saturday, July 6, 2013.
