6W No other maps required modification.
TONNAGE OF MATERIALS MINED: 46,374.93 in 2012/2013 (38,560 in 2011/2012)
COMPLIANCE WITH ACREAGE LIMITATIONS: The inventory format used in the table
below is derived from the acreage accounting table included in the newly amended Reclamation
Permit. So long as the acreage value shown in Line 9 and 10 is a positive value the terms of the
acreage limitations in the lease are in compliance. If the value in Line 10 is negative then, at the
minimum, appropriate action must be taken to immediately change the status of suitable land so Line
10 is at least zero and preferably a positive number. At this time there are about 56 acres of available
disturbance that could be used if needed. With sand demand low and not predicted to change greatly
in the near future there is not much chance a great deal of that acreage will be used any time soon.
From the accounting it is apparent that the amount of Land Board affected land in the last year
increased by about 1.17 acres for a small expansion of the pit. For practical purposes, it is the same as
last year.
Disturbance Category Inventory for 2012
(Corrected Format July 25, 2008)
Description of Land Category
acres
Line 1
Total amount of land bonded (Bonded Boundary - including
500
south lowland)
Line 2
Land area actually disturbed in Bonded Boundary (Includes
119.47
mining and processing areas plus any stage of reclamation
that has not been released from bond.) 161.40 ac released
Line 3
Land bonded but undisturbed ((Line 1 minus (Line 2+
219.13
reclaimed and released))
Line 4
Bonded land contained in roads (only includes roads that
0
will remain after reclamation)
Line 5
Bonded land seeded but not released from bond
23.98
Line 6
Total excluded land (Line 4 plus Line 5)
23.98
Line 7
Land Board Affected Land (Line 2 minus Line 6)
95.49
Line 8
Total land allowed in Land Board disturbance category
150.00
(this is a fixed value)
Line 9
Additional disturbance allowed in Land Board disturbance
54.51
limitation (Line 8 minus Line 7)
Line 10
Enter the smaller of Line 3 or Line 9
54.51
Status report for 2013 due July 15, 2013 Page 2 of 16
