Please see the responses listed below as well as the attached revised pages and map. <br />2. DRMS 06/20: Please identify, on the map and in the text, which structures are located <br />within 1,000 feet of blasting operations. <br />DRMS 07/03: Map 2.05.3(6)(a) -1 has been revised to include lines delineating 500 <br />feet and 1000 feet from the blasting operations. Please add these two line types to the <br />map's Legend. <br />Map 2.05.3(6)(a) -1 has been revised to include the new legend elements. <br />New Adequacy Items <br />3. In the second paragraph of 1.0 Introduction, please include a statement that there is no <br />active underground mining within 500 feet (4.08.4(9)) <br />Subsection 1.0 has now includes the required statement. <br />4. The last sentence in 2.0 Pre -blast Surveys indicates that copies of the pre -blast survey <br />results will be supplied to the Division within 90 days of completion. Have pre -blast <br />surveys been conducted already? The Division has not received any results for this mine. <br />A pre -blast survey was conducted in April 2013, and has been provided to the Division as <br />part of this adequacy response. <br />The 4.0 Blast Design section indicates that it covers Rule 4.08.6(2) (Seismographic <br />Measurements), but this rule does not appear to have been completely addressed.
