This minor revision adds the approved water well permits for the mine pit and the old
backfill dewatering wells. These permits were approved by the Colorado Office of the State
Engineer. The applications and approved permits are in two new appendices, and one page of a
section has been revised to indicate the permit locations. Below is a list of the new appendices
and the revised permit section pages:
Appendix 2.05.6(3) -3a Approved Well Permits Backfill Dewatering Wells
Appendix 2.05.6(3) -3b Approved Well Permits Active Mining Pit Dewatering "Well"
Section 2.05.6(3) Protection of Hydrologic Balance (pg. 4)
In addition to changes to the text of the permit, additional bond will be necessary for the
reclamation of the three dewatering wells. Based on the recent increase in bond for the
completed water well (MR 05), WFC believe that additional bond in the amount of $9,903
should suffice.
The new appendices and replacement pages are attached.
Sincerely,
t
Ben Langenfeld, P.E.
Greg Lewicki and Associates
CC: Ross Gubka, WFC
Doug White, WFA
