Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received and reviewed a request by Moffat County Mining, LLC to return the Williams Fork Mine back <br />to temporary cessation status. The request has meet all requirements of Rule 430.1 of the Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining.
