Please update the application to include this feature, in accordance with the <br />requirements of Rule 4.03.3 - Light Use Roads. <br />The two -track road is being added to the permit as a light use road. The road will be left <br />in place in reclamation, since it is already in place pre mine. A culvert is located <br />underneath the road near to Pond NHI, and has been added to the list of culverts within <br />the permit. See the attached SEDCAD analysis of the culvert to be added to Appendix <br />2.05.3(3) -1. <br />4. Map 2.03.4 -2 — Mineral Ownership and Leases should also be revised to show the new <br />permit boundary. <br />Map 2.03.4 -2 has been revised to include the new permit boundary. See the attached <br />map. <br />5. The purchase option for the Meehan property was executed, as evidenced by the <br />Warranty Deed included as Appendix 2.03.6 -1(d) of the approved permit. Please update <br />the ownership information in Section 2.03 and on Map 2.03.4 -1 to reflect the change. <br />Section 2.03 and Map 2.03.4 -1 have been updated to reflect the changes in ownership of <br />the Meehan property.
