These <br />letters were requesting a reduction of monitoring locations and sampling parameters. <br />I did not have an opportunity to see his letters until after he was gone. I have been <br />tabulating the historical results for all the years of water monitoring to be attached to <br />Mr. Steen's letters for your reference. I noticed some corrections that need to be made <br />to Mr. Steen's letters. <br />I am hereby requesting extensions of time for both permits until August 2, 2013 to allow <br />for Mr. Steen's return and review of the data I have prepared. <br />Sincerely, <br />Gordon E.
