The inspections were conducted on June 28`i'. Sites flowing during the <br />inspection included: <br />• 84 Pond D, <br />• the Area # 1 Pit, <br />• The four waste water treatment ponds (includes CDPS sites 300I and 300E), <br />• Site 115 <br />• 62 Fish Creek Tipple site. <br />Sites not flowing included: <br />• Ponds B, C, E, F, G, and T <br />• 6MN <br />• 18LT (both ponds) <br />This information is submitted in compliance with Twentymile Coal, LLC Permit C -82- <br />056 and Rule 4.05.6(13). The inspections were conducted by a qualified individual and <br />the reports were reviewed by Michael A. Berdine, a registered Professional Engineer in <br />the state of Colorado. <br />
