Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Turnpike Mining Resource, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit M2004 -009, Revision <br />AR01 <br />Dear Mr. Hunt: <br />On June 26, 2013, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved your request for <br />release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />The permit area was reduced to 200.40 acres, through the release of 75.15 + /- acres in this permit action. <br />Areas released in this AR include the City of Erie Wastewater Treatment Plant (12.23 ac), The SEO <br />approved lined reservoir associated with the WWTP (51.32 ac), and the permitted but unaffected "trout <br />pond" area in the northwest corner of the permit area (11.6 ac).
