Dear Ms. Davis:
On July 1, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved the Technical Revision application submitted to
the Division on May 1, 2013, addressing the following:
East perimeter Agri drain and pipeline through slurry wall to draw down the water from the adjacent land. This
TR supersedes TR #1 that was approved on 111612013, but was never implemented.
The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- 2004 -031.
The conditions of the Division approval are noted below. Please note that all other provisions of Permit No. M- 2004 -031
remain in full force and effect.
Stipulation No. 1
Aggregate Industries will submit a technical revision for the rip rap design channel that will be incorporated into
the reservoir slope during final reclamation activities to prevent excessive slope erosion. The design has to be
approved by the Division as part of the final reclamation plan for the site. ;A
