June 27,2013 C-1981-044/Williams Fork Mines ZTT <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine identification sign was inspected for compliance information.All information required was noted. <br /> Disturbance boundary markers were observed along roadways and disturbance areas. <br /> Permit boundary markers were found along the permit boundary and within line of sight of one another. <br /> TOPSOIL—Rule 4.06 <br /> Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3;Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil piles inspected were stable. Piles noted in previous inspection reports for rodent hole infestations were <br /> filled with rock and backfilled.The piles of concern appear to have remained repaired.
