I am sorry I did not reply immediately. I was out of the office for a couple of days. I have been consulting with my Sr., Dan Hernandez regarding your concerns. I have also been in communication with George Patterson of Energy Fuels Coal Company regarding the operators plans for mitigation of the subsidence features. I noted that Energy Fuels should also inform you of the mitigation plans for access to the subsidence feature location. The Division plans to conduct an inspection regarding the loss of flow of Newlin Creek and your concerns about the drill holes, in accordance with rule 5.02.5(3). 1 would like to schedule an inspection for next Tuesday 3/27/2012. 1 will be unavailable 3/29 -4/3. George Patterson is available on 3/27 at about 11:00 am. If you wish to accompany the inspection, does 11:00 am on 3/27 work for you? I will also try to follow this e -mail up with a phone call.
