PUBLIC NOTICE <br />The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the partial <br />release of coal exploration reclamation liability of Northfield Partners, LLC for Notice of Intent No. <br />X- 2005- 226 -00. A Bond was submitted to cover reclamation costs of exploration drill holes in <br />Fremont County. An inspection showed that all of the disturbances proposed for release have been <br />adequately reclaimed. The Division will retain $14,117.00 for exploration activities yet to be <br />released. <br />The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec. 13,14, 22 &23T19S R70W. <br />Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit <br />written comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, to the Division at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Such comments should be submitted within 30 days of the second publication of this notice. <br />
