Within the lease modification areas, the lessee will work with the District Ranger and his /her <br />representative to see that all mine operations are situated on the ground in such a manner that <br />reasonably minimizes impacts to the scenic integrity of that landscape as prescribed in the <br />Forest Plan. <br />15.
