This TR is triggered in part by site improvements that are <br />not reflected on the currently approved reclamation plan, as noted in your Inspection Report dated May <br />2, 2013. <br />Following is a brief description of revisions or updates to the Reclamation Map (Exhibit F): <br />♦ Construction of an office building with an attached precast concrete manufacturing facility in <br />the northeast portion of the permitted site. This facility includes paved parking areas, <br />irrigated landscape and a graveled surface material storage yard. This site plan <br />development was approved by the City of Grand Junction under File No. SPR- 2005 -138. <br />The currently approved post -mined land use for this area is Industrial /Commercial. <br />♦ Use of a material storage and sales yard with irrigated landscape located in the northwest <br />portion of the permitted site. The currently approved post -mined land use for this area is <br />Industrial. <br />♦ Construction of a concrete pedestrian/bike path along the southern portion of the site, <br />through the Colorado State Division of Parks property and then paralleling the east and <br />northern edge of the Bureau of Reclamation property. This pedestrian/bike path is part of <br />the Riverfront Trail system that will, when complete, connect Fruita, Grand Junction and <br />Palisade with one contiguous path. The currently approved post -mined land use for this <br />area is Wildlife Habitat/Recreation. <br />
