The <br />Discharge Monitoring Reports were received by the Division on April 24, 2013. The report covers the time period from <br />January 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013. <br />Four NPDES outfalls discharged during the first quarter of 2013. According to the report, Outfalls 001 and 002 <br />discharged routinely throughout the quarter.
