The text states that the Applicant
has not decided whether to repair the liner or fill the pit, but later notes that an
amendment to the reclamation plan has been filed to fill the pit. The last
sentence states what is repeated in Conditions 13 and 14 on page 4. These
conditions are specific to the reclamation permit, requiring that prior to
approval of the next SWSP, the Applicant must demonstrate that the
amendment has either been approved or is being diligently pursued, and that
the new bond requirement for $60 8,600 has been met.
The remainder of the plan is as anticipated. It is always comforting to see t "e
su b i- nitted tables used lit the S SP, thus confirming that nO cl ldl lr'C3 VVC1 C l liauc
to the estimated depletions.
Have a great week!
Craig M.
