On April 22, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your request for
Temporary Cessation for the Big "G" Gravel Pit, Permit No. M -2006 -081. Pursuant to Rule 1.13.5(2), your
request cannot be processed until the following information is received:
1) Date for start of cessation,
2) Plan for resumption of mining,
3) A statement committing to compliance with reclamation requirements and/or other activities related
to the performance standards of Section 3.1 while the mine is in "Temporary Cessation,
4) Demonstration that the existing Financial Warranty is adequate to cover the reclamation liability
was provided.
A blank copy of our new "Temporary Cessation Notice" fornn is enclosed for your use.
Please address the above missing information or complete the enclosed form and mail it to the
Division within sixty (60) days of the above date, (that is by June 30, 2013) so your request can be
properly filed and processed.
