Pineda <br />Director <br />On April 22, 2013, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your request for <br />Temporary Cessation for the Big "G" Gravel Pit, Permit No. M -2006 -081. Pursuant to Rule 1.13.5(2), your <br />request cannot be processed until the following information is received: <br />1) Date for start of cessation, <br />2) Plan for resumption of mining, <br />3) A statement committing to compliance with reclamation requirements and/or other activities related <br />to the performance standards of Section 3.1 while the mine is in "Temporary Cessation, <br />4) Demonstration that the existing Financial Warranty is adequate to cover the reclamation liability <br />was provided. <br />A blank copy of our new "Temporary Cessation Notice" fornn is enclosed for your use. <br />Please address the above missing information or complete the enclosed form and mail it to the <br />Division within sixty (60) days of the above date, (that is by June 30, 2013) so your request can be <br />properly filed and processed. <br />If you have any questions on the above, please contact me at (303) 866 -3567, ext. 8169. <br />Sincerely, <br />Timothy A.
