possession or improvement of all or any part of the Red Arrow Collateral, and any accountings
<br />of any of the foregoing, any and all accounts receivable and accounts payable reports any and all
<br />documents pertaining to any ongoing litigation, any and all documents pertinent to any licenses
<br />maintained in connection with the Red Arrow Collateral, and all communications and
<br />correspondence pertinent thereto, any and all documents pertinent to any agreements entered into
<br />in connection with the Red Arrow Collateral, and all communications and correspondence
<br />pertinent thereto, any and all contracts in effect with respect to any of the Red Arrow Collateral,
<br />and all communications and correspondence pertinent thereto, any and all contracts, bids or other
<br />materials relating to any contractor work at the Property, any and all payroll records, employee
<br />files, applications and other materials relevant to those persons employed by or at the Property;
<br />and such other records pertaining to the management of the Red Arrow Collateral. To the extent
<br />that such Records and Data contain confidential personal information of third parties, the
<br />Receiver shall forthwith return such documents to the Defendants respectively or their respective
<br />successors (to the extent relevant to administration of the receivership, Receiver may retain
<br />copies thereof);
<br />(g) each of the Defendants, together with their respective managers, members,
<br />directors, and officers, and all persons acting under the direction of any of them shall promptly
<br />provide to the Receiver the names and contact information for contract miners, transportation
<br />providers, drilling and other contractors, utility providers, and insurance and surety bond
<br />providers who currently provide mining, milling, drilling, security, maintenance, utilities,
<br />insurance, bonding and other services to the Mine necessary to the preservation of the Red
<br />Arrow Collateral;
<br />(h) that Defendants, together with their respective managers, members, directors, and
<br />officers, and all persons acting under the direction of any of them are enjoined from in any
<br />manner disturbing the Receiver's possession of the Red Arrow Collateral or any other property
<br />that is the subject of the Court's order, and are prohibited and restrained from disposing of,
<br />dissipating, mishandling or misappropriating any of the Red Arrow Collateral, and are prohibited
<br />and restrained from:
<br />(i) collecting any rents, royalties, revenues or any other sums due each of
<br />Defendants with respect to the Red Arrow Collateral or withdrawing funds from any bank or
<br />other depository account relating to the Red Arrow Collateral unless otherwise ordered by the
<br />Court;
<br />(ii) terminating or causing to be terminated any license, permit, lease,
<br />contract, surety bond, insurance or other agreement relating to the Red Arrow Collateral or the
<br />operation of any of the businesses on the Red Arrow Collateral;
<br />(iii) withdrawing, expending or encumbering the management account or
<br />operating account for the Red Arrow Collateral, unless otherwise ordered by the Court;
<br />(iv) continuing directly or indirectly, or permitting any construction work on
<br />the Red Arrow Collateral;
