(e) Any and all agreements, assignments, options, licenses, concessions,
<br />profits a prendre, work agreements, joint venture agreements, partnerships
<br />(including, without limitation, mining partnerships), exploration agreements,
<br />operating agreements, surface use agreements and surface use and damage
<br />agreements, subsidence agreements, easements, net profits agreements, royalty
<br />agreements, nominee agreements, options, and all other conveyances, transfers,
<br />agreements or arrangements (whether mineral or otherwise, whether previously or
<br />hereafter made, and whether now or hereafter existing or created) relating to all or
<br />any part of the Lands or to any other lands any production from which, or profits
<br />or proceeds from such production is attributed to any interest in the Lands or the
<br />Mine or to any interest described in Exhibit A;
<br />(fl Any and all contracts heretofore or hereafter entered into by Grantor, or
<br />which have been or hereafter are assigned to Grantor, for the marketing, sale,
<br />purchase, exchange, supply, handling, processing, refining, beneficiation,
<br />marketing or transportation of Minerals, or for the provision of services in
<br />connection therewith, which Minerals are produced at least in part from all or any
<br />part of the Lands or the Mine or from any other lands any production from which,
<br />or profits or proceeds from such production, is attributable to any interest in the
<br />Lands or the Mine or to any interest described in Exhibit A;
<br />(g) Any and all governmental authorizations, approvals, permits, variances,
<br />land use entitlements, consents, licenses, franchises and agreements now or
<br />hereafter required for all stages of developing, operating and closing the Mine or
<br />any part of the Lands (or any other lands any production from which, or profits or
<br />proceeds from such production, is attributed to any interest in the Lands, the Mine
<br />or to any interest described in Exhibit A), including, without limitation,
<br />construction of a mine and related improvements and all other activities described
<br />or referred to above or herein;
<br />(h) Any and all contracts and agreements between or among Grantor and any
<br />contractor, architect or engineer in connection with the design, construction or
<br />operation of any of the Lands or the Mine, including, without limitation, any
<br />contract or agreement executed by Grantor and any landscape architect, civil
<br />engineer, electrical engineer, soils engineer, mining engineer, mechanical
<br />engineer or other engineer, together with all plans and specifications prepared by
<br />any design architect for the construction of any improvements comprising any
<br />part of the Mine (the "Plans ");
<br />(i) Any and all other contracts, contract rights, title instruments, title
<br />opinions, land status reports, title abstracts, title materials and information, files,
<br />records, writings, data bases, information, systems, maps, plats, surveys,
<br />geological and geophysical (including, without limitation, electrical
<br />electromagnetic, gravity, and seismic), geochemical, and radiometric data and
<br />information, drilling data, test data, mineral samples (including, without
<br />limitation, drill cores), mineral assay reports, interpretative and analytical reports
<br />of any kind or nature (including, without limitation, reserve or deposit studies or
