CONFIDENTIAL (C- 1981 -018 Section ILA) <br />SUBSIDENCE RELATED ARCHEOLOGICAL MONITORING PLAN <br />The following plan was agreed to by BME to address concerns related to <br />perceived potential impacts from subsidence on archaeological site. Federal Coal <br />Lease COC -74813 was being formulated at the time and all impacts analyzed by <br />this plan are within this lease. <br />Timing of this study /monitoring plan will be dependent on mine development. <br />The elevation survey portion is currently anticipated to begin in late 2018 or early <br />2019. <br />Treatment Plan for Deserado Mine <br />Monitoring Plan <br />Blue Mountain Energy shall: <br />1. Record elevations before and after the longwall panel mining in regards to <br />historic properties 5RB1020, 5RB6754, 5RB7286, 5RB7287, 5RB7289, <br />5RB7291, and 5RB7307, to document the actual subsidence levels. <br />2. Document any visible subsidence effects that occur at the mine, including: <br />cracks in the surface, spalling of rock faces, etc. that occur during subsidence <br />so these can be documented as known effects in the area. <br />Permit Revision #8 (6/2013) Section II.A <br />
