Part of this revision is updated information on dewatering wells and neighboring wells and information about groundwater inflow. This information is part of section 4.8.2.2 of the permit. I am requesting your help in reviewing the updated information in this section. Also, Sandy would like a review to be conducted on the groundwater points of compliance approved for the site. Trapper currently disposes of coal fly ash in the Ash disposal pit and they have been approved to dispose of future ash in the D/E pit. Trapper identifies fly as a "Utility Waste ".
