Photos documenting the current state of the fill placed in the pit are included as attachments to this
document.
Due to high demand for mined product from their site, the Operator has been unable to begin processing
the lower lift of material placed in the pit. The Operator anticipates working on this aspect of the
compliance plan as time allows during the upcoming quarter. The Operator does not, however, anticipate
that demand will fall off until around September, at which time they will assign equipment and labor to
the task.
The Operator still anticipates that they can process the remaining material within one year. We will
continue to provide quarterly communications to the DRMS documenting the progress made in each
preceding quarter.
Sincerely,
Applegate Group, inc.
m k=j I P a-0
Carrie Herbolsheimer, PE
Project Engineer
CRH /ta
Enclosures
cc: Randy Bucklen, Bucklen Equipment Company
Troy Swain, Weld County Department of Public Health
David Snapp, CDPHE Solid Waste Unit
AG File No. 07 -148
W07148 Bucklen Annual Report0isciplines (Technical)Nine Planning \Resolution of Fill Placed \TR\2013 -06 -06 Quarterly Report.docx
1490 W. 121' Avenue, Suite 100 118 W. 61h Street, Suite 100
Denver, CO 80234 Glenwood Springs, CO 81601
303452 -6611
www.applegategroup.com
