Photos documenting the current state of the fill placed in the pit are included as attachments to this <br />document. <br />Due to high demand for mined product from their site, the Operator has been unable to begin processing <br />the lower lift of material placed in the pit. The Operator anticipates working on this aspect of the <br />compliance plan as time allows during the upcoming quarter. The Operator does not, however, anticipate <br />that demand will fall off until around September, at which time they will assign equipment and labor to <br />the task. <br />The Operator still anticipates that they can process the remaining material within one year.
