Powertech (USA), Inc. is requesting 1) a termination <br />of its Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations No. P- 2010 -011, 2) a release <br />from reclamation responsibility and 3) a return of its holding bond. <br />This prospecting NOI was used for a one -time, non - evasive environmental survey in <br />2010 and is no longer is required. This work consisted of a survey to record surface <br />gamma readings. Gamma detecting equipment was mounted on an all terrain vehicle <br />(ATV) and measurements were recorded over 100 meter and 300 meter transects. No <br />roads were constructed and no surface disturbance occurred. In addition, five soil <br />samples were collected, using a 3/4 -inch auger to a depth of 3 -4 inches. <br />There was no need for reclamation activities associated with this survey and in a letter <br />from DRMS, dated June 9, 2010, it was stated "The DRMS recognizes that activities <br />proposed under this NOI will not require any reclamation work but will require that a <br />$100.00 holding bond be posted in accordance with rule 4.2.1(16)." <br />These surface measurements were collected over the Centennial Uranium Project, in <br />Weld County, Colorado, which is shown on the enclosed map.
