We would desire to attend the final inspection this summer.
We also have noted George Patterson's email of May 27, 2013, to you with comments about the Monarch Fan
Road and the concept that EFCI should not have to perform any repairs or mitigation on the portion of the road
that is their responsibility. Will the proposed termination of jurisdiction of the GEC reclamation have any possible
impact on the Southfield reclamation?
We did get a little rain last Friday, but we have not been able to go to the mine to see if the S1 culvert gully has
had any further sloughing of the unstable south bank.
Doug Corley
https: / /mail.g oog le.conVmai I /u /0 / ?ui =2 &i Ire29129fcb5 &\iev-- pt &search =i nbox&th= 13f3a3873726l b6b 1 /1
