TC is also
requesting CDRMS approval of a Minor Revision (MR13 -266) to our existing approved Mining and
Reclamation Permit, to incorporate the WMD Cultural Resource Survey in the PAP.
The WMD Cultural Resource Survey was developed and submitted in support of a new Federal coal lease
application and PR12 -09, which have now been withdrawn. The cultural resource survey, however, provides
valuable information relative to cultural resources and context, which may be relevant to future activities in the
area.
This submittal includes revised PAP text and supporting materials. Once you have opportunity to review this
submittal, please feel free to contact me with any questions, or to discuss the submittal and related matters. We
appreciate your attention and assistance.
Best regards,
Jerry Nettleton
Manager Environmental Affairs
