Box 1750 <br />Canon City, Colorado 81212 <br />Subject: American Civil Constructors Bid Information <br />Schwartzwalder Project <br />Dear Mr. Hamrick: <br />American Civil Constructors ( "ACC ") is the company chosen by Cotter Corporation (N.S L.) <br />( "Cotter ") to perform the installation of various features at Cotter's Suhwartzwalder Mine Site <br />including a cut -off wall and 18 inch bypass pipeline. Included in the bid information submitted to <br />Cotter were dollar amounts for the various phases of the project, e.g. mobilization. <br />ACC understands that the lead regulatory agency, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety <br />( "DRMS ") has requested confirmation of dollar amounts included in the ACC bid in regards to <br />insurance, project superintendant and profit and o,,erhead.
