State PROOF OF PUBLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE The Colorado Division of Reclama• tion, Mining and Safety is proposing to approve the partial release of coal exploration bond submitted by Cen• tral Appalachia Mining, LLC for No tics of Intent No. X- 2004 - 153.13. The bond was submitted to cover recla mation costs of exploration drill holes in Garfield County. An inspection showed that all dlsturb;nees associ• ated with the drilling of 6 explore tions holes have been adequately re claimed. Based on the Division's estimate, $41,031.00 Is required to cover the cost to reclaim the remain ing three monitoring 'wells and asso• elated access roads. The legal description for the project is as follows: Sec.33,34 WS R102W and Sec.2,3 T8S R102W. Any person with an Interest which may b4 adversely affected by this proposed decision may submit writ ten comments, or a written request for an adjudicatory hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclama tion Board, to- thebivision at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver; Colorado 80203.
